Notice regarding badges...
It is Badge Frame's Policy when framing badges to remove ALL pins, clasps, posts of other items
from the back of the badge(s). This allows your items to lay nicely with the spacers and silicone that we
use for attaching the badge to a background. If you do not want us to do this, YOU MUST SPECIFICALLY
STATE THIS BEFORE YOUR DESIGN IS FINALIZED. Additional charges will occur if the badge hardware
needs to remain intact. This has always been our policy and we are posting it here this day 7/31/2014.

Badge Frame's standard turnaround is 2 weeks from you approving both the artwork/layout and the formal quote.
This two weeks DOES NOT include shipping time. Presentations required to ship (or be picked up) in less than
two weeks will incur a rush fee which will be noted in the formal quote that you approve.
Rush fees are as follows:
13 days or less = 20% surcharge 5 days or less = 30% surcharge 3 days or less 50% surcharge

These are "open-faced", meaning they have a no glass or covering. These pieces are unique in that actual items are
incorporated with backboard graphics. Sizes can be altered depending on specific needs. Maximum 47" X 95".
Backboards are laminated, washable and UV protected. Pricing is at $9.30 per united inch.
All customization and graphics are included. Customer must supply all physical items.
Most replica weapons are available at Big 5 Sporting Goods for around $100.

Section F

PAST CHIEF'S PRESENTATIONS

Framed as shown with
11X14 photos, suede top mat (color depends on profession), gold or silver fillet accents around photo and printed bio, $240. ea.
Same as above with 8X10 photos are $175 ea. Laser engraved bio plaque adds $45.
Pricing includes ready to hang product, including scanning, retouching and re-printing photos to match each other.

Badge Frame graphics are 2nd to none. Our graphics have played a huge role in the success of
our company and continue to break new ground each day with cutting edge improvements.
Most of our presentations initially require that you send us a physical badge and/or patch
so that we can image the items and manipulate them as needed in Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
We spend many hours perfecting these graphics and do offer your agency the chance to purchase
these professionally enhanced images for unlimited use on business cards, stationary,
brochures, use on your web site, mugs, mouse pads, vehicle graphics, key chains, flooring, etc.

Should you wish to purchase these files, we will send you a CD containing different file types and different DPI
(dots per inch) versions of your images. Different presentations require different size files and file types. This purchase
provides a supply of multiple images for specific projects. For instance, the files for your business cards will be different
than the files provided for your website. The purchase also entitles you to be able to call us and describe any file
needs not provided to you on your initial disc. We will also send you additional discs at your request should you loose,
misplace or accidentally destroy the originals. Please note that you are purchasing raster files that can be used
for printing and website purposes. These are not vector files.
These raster files can be turned into a vector file by companies that provide that service.

Many facilities have MAXIMUM DIMENSIONS that must be adhered to in order to "match" the previous classes.
